This review is from: Litespeed Xicon Ti Frame - 2012 (Misc.)
I broke the rear dropout on my previous Al frame and wanted to go with something a little more reliable. I took my SRAM Red group and slapped it on this puppy without issue. The only bad thing is that it appears that UPS played volleyball with the box and bent the rear-derailleur hanger 90 degrees. Went the extra mile and got Litespeeds Ti hanger.

The Litespeed Xicon frame that I purchased from Amazon had multiple problems. The right rear drop out did not allow enough room for the chain to pass by the right seat stay and the rear brake caliper bracket is positioned low. The brake pads cannot be aligned with the rim correctly.

Litespeed Xicon Ti Frame - 2012

Product Description

The Litepeed Xicon Road Bike Frameset somehow solves the titanium conundrum: how to maintain top-of-the-line performance without blowing up the price tag. Accomplishing this usually entails moving fabrication overseas to cut cost. Not in the XiconAAAs case: Litespeed handcrafts this premium frame in Ooltewah, TN and backs it up with a best-in-industry lifetime warranty. But donAAAt think for a minute that the Xicon canAAAt hang with the big guns. This road frameset features the same raceday geometry as the Siena for powerful climbing and responsive descents, and the same chainstay design as the Archon for responsive and efficient power transfer.
