I was really nervous that she would fall out of our 2nd-story, bedroom window while climbing up on the sill. Kidco really got it right with this window guard design. It is really sturdy and cannot be pushed through. It is also far more attractive than any of the jail-like guards out there. I feel I can finally relax with her around our windows. This is a must for families who want to protect their little ones. I didn't want him to be able to reach thru the bars and play with the blinds or get tangle in the cord. This works perfectly to protect him from any danger posed by the window or the blinds. It's behind his crib, so you only notice it if you look for it. It was easy to put together and easy to install.
